Background of installing the elevator:
The customer is one of the largest packaging bag manufacturers in China. Due to the special nature of non-woven fabrics, machines that require lubricants such as steel chains cannot be used to avoid dirtying the products. The most important thing is to prevent static electricity to avoid fire. Therefore, we recommended a rubber chain elevator. The operation of the entire machine does not require any lubricants, is safe and noiseless, and does not generate any static electricity.
At present, the customer uses manual handling. The workshop is stuffy in summer, and the boss is very distressed that he cannot recruit suitable workers even with double wages.
After installing the elevator:
A C-Flow Continuous Vertical Conveyor (C-Flow CVC) line is arranged around 12 production machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The products produced by any machine can enter the elevator through the horizontal conveyor line and be directly transported from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor for storage.
After the trial operation of our factory, professional installers and engineers were sent to install on site, and train customers on how to use it and troubleshoot. After 1 week of production, the customer was very satisfied with the running speed, quality of use and our service.
